Winterbourne pupils at the Croydon Youth Congress
On Tuesday 16th October some of our Year 5 pupils from Winterbourne Boys' Academy attended the Croydon Youth Congress at Trinity Baptist Church. The boys were truly inspired by the prestigious event, who contributed to the forum, debating the current issues and vision for the young people of Croydon.
Our pupil, Kaleem Warren, (second from the right below) was presented with one of the very few awards for his valuable participation and contribution to the event.
